How do I start using your products ?

That's very easy. All you have to do is fill out the appropriate forms for your dealership, according to the products you need from our Products page and then the Dealer Forms page. This should always include the Dealer Application.

Where can I find out what type of products you carry ?

Use the "BACK" button at the page and go to the Products page. This will give you the different types of coverage we offer, and then you can click on the tab that is of interest to you and find out more information about that product.

Why do you use other carriers ?

We use other carriers for various reasons. We use some carriers to insure, or reinsure, some of our own programs and other carriers we are a brokerage for their products. We can't bring all types of policies, for all types of coverage, to our Dealers ourselves. No insurance company does. Therefore, to bring the largest selection available to our Dealers we represent the other carriers as a broker instead of an agent, there again, bringing the lowest possible rates to our Dealers.

Who is the Insurance Carrier that you use ?

Although we carry our own products, in addition to other carrier's products, P E A S searches out the best carrier for each product. In order to bring the very best policy to our Dealers for their Customers,  and bring the very best in Customer Service for our Dealer's Clientele, we only use carriers well known in the automotive industry. We carry this obligation over to our own policies and programs by only using carriers that excel in Customer Service and reliability, such as Lloyds of London, ARC, Cabina-America, and Protective Insurance Company

What is the benefit to me as a Dealer to do business with P E A S ?

Basically, it's very simple. No one wants to sit on the phone calling 20 different insurance companies for quotes on 20 different types of coverage. We offer all of the different types of coverage needed by a Franchised or Independent Dealer. These are offered either by P E A S directly, or indirectly through one of the affiliated insurance carriers we are contracted with. This brings us closer to being a "one stop shop" for our Dealers. All you have to do is tell us what you need or want, and can supply it for you at the lowest possible rates. Thus, saving you the time, energy, and frustration of doing it yourself. Too many times a Dealer will stay with the same company just for the ease of doing business even if he isn't receiving the best rates he qualifies for.

When is the best time to call for quotes ?

Any time is a great time to call  for quotes. Whether you need it yesterday, or next month, our customer service representatives will gladly get you the most up to date information available to make the best informed decision you can. Then you will have the opportunity to experience superior service for you and your customers. Especially at your time of need, whether it be needing a new and/or additional policy, or a time of loss.
